Amba is a smart girl. She like read - ing, and poem too. Her parents met with Salwa. Salwa is a nobleman, nice and polite gut. Her parents fall in love with Salwa, and decides Amba must engaged with Salwa. Salwa like and have a feeling with Amba. Amba had not know her feeling yet, but accept the engagement.
Amba and Salwa begin their long distance relationship. Amba went to a hospital to become a translator. She met with dr. Bhisma. She fall in love with Bhisma. Bhisma too have mutual feeling for Amba. They having secret relationship at the hospital.
After finishing her job at the hospital, Amba leaving the hospital. Amba still contacting Bhisma. They met eventually. Until a riot broke at the university, Amba and Bhisma separated. Amba try to located Bhisma but she lost and never saw Bhisma anymore.
Amba is pregnant, she decided to leave Salwa and her family. She don't want to be burden for her family. Amba met Adalhard, a foreigner scientist. Amba and Adalhard get married and they together take care Siri (Srikandi) Amba and Bhisma daughter.
After Adalhard past away, Amba got an email notified her that Bhisma was died long time ago. Amba start the journey to find Bhisma and the story behind their separated time.
A love story that take place from 1956 - 2006. Story under comunisme and under myth name of Amba, Bhisma and Salwa. I read this book to spent my Nyepi holiday. I read this book for around a week. I enjoy the time to read the book. I hope you will enjoy to read the book too.
