Plot
After the expiration of the statute of limitations, serial killer Lee Doo Suk (Park Si Hoo) publishes his book "I'm a Killer" which becomes a best seller. The book depicts crimes he commited in the past. Meanwhile, Det. Choi Hyung Goo (Jun Jae Young) attempts to capture the serial killer he missed 15 years ago.

Review
The movie start with an intense chasing and fighting between Det. Choi and Lee Doo Suk. Det. Choi shoot Doo Suk, but Doo Suk stab him and disappear from the scene. 17 years later, after the expiration of the statue of limitations, Lee Doo Suk publishing a book which contain his confession as a serial killer. On the press conference he calmly answer the question from the reporter and even apologizing to Det. Choi for wounded his face. His book become best seller. Doo Suk even donate his money for kids and apologizing to the victim's family. Doo Suk go to the police station and meet with Det. Choi. Det. Choi throwing food to his face.
Meanwhile Han Ji Soo (Kim Young Ae) gather the victim's family to talk about Doo Suk. They planned to kidnap Doo Suk to find out where he buried Han Ji Soo daughter. However, Kang Do Hyuk want to kill Doo Suk. Doo Suk held a fansign for his book, Det. Choi came and make a ruckus.
The victim's family plan to kidnap Doo Suk. A snake bited him while his swimming. Do Hyuk and Choi Kang Sook and her father kidnapped him using an ambulance. Doo Suk's body guard chase the ambulance. Det. Choi chasing them too. The body guard and Det. Choi lose Doo Suk. They end up at the hospital after minor accidents. Det. Choi try to look for Kang Sook and Do Hyuk. Det. Choi found out their hide out and drag Doo Suk out of the house. Kang Sook hunt them but Det. Choi get away fastly. He leaved Doo Suk at a motel. Han Ji Soo came to the police station and slap Det. Choi.
Doo Suk and Det. Choi attend a debate public together. While they are on live broadcast, someone with intial name "J" call in and confessed as the real killer. Det. Choi leave and track the phone call that is from his house. While Doo Suk shoot by Kang Sook. Kang Sook can't escape, the police surround her. Det. Choi try to call his mom, when he arrived his mom was okay. While hugging his mom, he saw a man waving at him from across the building. He ran fastly and found a knife and a video tape. He watched the video and saw another victim. Det. Choi hold a press conference about the knife evidence. Doo Suk heal a press conference too stating that "J" steal the knife from his room.
Another public debate held with Det. Choi, Doo Suk and J as the guest. Han Ji Soo stand by at the audience, while Kang Do Hyuk disguise as broadcast employee. "J" reveal where he bury the 11th victims of the serial killer, Han Ji Soo daughter. The broadcast crew dig up and found the victim's bones.
Lee Doo Suk confessed that he is not the serial killer, and he didn't write the book. Lee Doo Suk real name was Jung Hyun Sik, the son of the first victim of the serial killer. The one's who write the book is Det. Choi. to lure the real killer. With the statute limitation from the last victim extended into couple of minute, the killer run away from the broadcast station. Det. Choi chasing him. Det. Choi killed him, and he jailed for 5 years.

Introduction Bibimbap is a signature Korean dish. The word literally means "mixed rice".
